Going 5-1 on the UFC 276 Betting guide brings the all time win percentage to 65.27% since starting in 2020. Pretty incredible, wish I kept track of the plus minus. Guess I could go back and do the calculation. On my way back to Nashville to celebrate this milestone.
After a start studded UFC 276, we head back to the Apex for RDA vs Fizieve, the battle of the Rafael’s. To be completely candid, only placing action on the main event.
Rafael dos Anjos (+175) vs. Rafael Fiziev (-205)
RDA vs Fiziev has been rescheduled three times now. Hopefully we will finally be able to see this fight on Saturday. Got to be honest, kind of like the value of RDA here. Definitely understand why you might bet on him. But I’m rolling with Fiziev in the main event.
Rafael Fiziev is a fast, dynamic striker who is difficult to takedown. Granted he has not faced anyone who’s on RDA’s grappling level. Then again, not very many fighters are. If this fight stays on the feet Fiziev holds the clear advantage. I’d start to get a little worried as soon as the fight ends up on the floor.
Fiziev trains out of Tiger Muay Thai, which is a phenomenal gym. He’s also been training for RDA since January. Very confident that Tiger Muay Thai got Fiziev’s takedown defense looking crisp, they basically got 6 extra months to train.
Not much action on this card, so this isn’t much of a betting guide. Just rolling with Rafael Fiziev, not even taking any finish props here. Sorry I struggled to find other bets.
Bet: Rafael Fiziev (-205)
