UFC 316 features two title fights, which takes place on Saturday, June 7, from Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. While most of the focus will be on Merab Dvalishvili vs. Sean O’Malley and Jessica Pena vs. Kayla Harrison, we will prepare fans for all of the fights on the UFC 316 fight card. Below, we look at the main card betting odds, line movement, predictions, and picks for UFC 316.
The UFC 316 main event showcases UFC bantamweight champion Dvalishvili against Suga Sean O’Malley. In the fight card’s co-main event, two-time UFC women’s bantamweight champ Julianna Pena looks to defend that belt against former two-time PFL lightweight champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, Kayla Harrison.
The main card of UFC 316 streams on ESPN+ PPV following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on ESPN+.
UFC 316 Main Event Odds
The UFC 316: Dvalishvili vs. O’Malley 2 odds list Merab Dvalishvili as a favorite at -325 (bet $325 to win $100). Meanwhile, Sean O’Malley is the underdog at +260 (bet $100 to win $260). The implied probability is a 76.47% win likelihood for “The Machine”.

Julianna Pena vs. Kayla Harrison
UFC bantamweight champion Julianna Pena opens as a massive underdog +440 against Kayla Harrison, a -600 favorite.
Kayla Harrison (18-1) is a two-time PFL lightweight champion and a two-time Olympic judo gold medalist. Harrison is the first and remains the only American to win an Olympic gold medal in judo.
Julianna Pena (11-5) defeated Raquel Pennington via split decision in October 2024 to reclaim the Bantamweight belt. A fight most fans thought Pennington won.
Unfortunately, because it’s early in the week, Vegas has not released the prop lines for UFC 316. Keeping it simple, the plan is to bet on Harrison to win inside the distance. In no world does Julianna Pena survive five rounds against Kayla Harrison. Plus, Dana White is drooling to have a Harrison vs Amanda Nunes women’s superfight.
Pick & Bet: Kayla Harrison
Mario Bautista vs. Patchy Mix
Former Bellator champion Patchy Mix opens as a -180 favorite against Mario Bautista +155.
Mix (20-1), 31, was a two-time defending Bellator champion. The PFL, which absorbed Bellator’s roster in 2025, released Mix from any contractual rights earlier this month. He has not fought since May 2024. Mix holds notable wins over Sergio Pettis, Magomed Magomedov, and Raufeon Stots.
Bautista (15-2), also 31, is looking to capitalize on the biggest win of his career in his most recent performance, as he defeated former featherweight champion Jose Aldo. Bautista is the UFC’s No. 10-ranked bantamweight.
Patchy Mix is one of the most talented bantamweight fighters in the world. UFC 316 presents a massive opportunity for Mix to showcase his skillset. As of today, his moneyline price feels like a steal. A vast majority of UFC fans have no clue who Patchy Mix is. Doubtful we have an opportunity to bet on Mix at this price again.
Pick & Bet: Patchy Mix
