Thirty seconds. That’s all it took. Medic came out in front of his home crowd and landed an early right hand that buckled Rodriguez, then unloaded until the referee pulled him off at 0:30 of the first. The Belgrade Arena erupted. Medic improves to 14-3. Rodriguez drops to 20-6. Medic earned a $100,000 Performance of the Night bonus — and his city will be talking about this one for a long time.
Jan Blachowicz (29-12-2) vs. Navajo Stirling (11-0) — Light Heavyweight
Result: Navajo Stirling def. Jan Blachowicz via TKO (Punches and Elbows) (Round 1, 2:56)
Stirling landed a massive left hand that sent Blachowicz stumbling across the cage, then swarmed with elbows until the referee stepped in at 2:56. An absolute statement. Stirling stays undefeated at 11-0 and just put away a former UFC light heavyweight champion. Blachowicz drops to 29-12-2. Stirling earned a $100,000 Performance of the Night bonus.
Aleksandar Rakic (15-6) vs. Marcin Tybura (27-12) — Heavyweight
Result: Aleksandar Rakic def. Marcin Tybura via Decision Unanimous (Round 3, 5:00)
Rakic controlled three rounds with his jab and movement, never letting Tybura get comfortable. Clean, disciplined work across the board. All three judges agreed. Rakic improves to 15-6. Tybura drops to 27-12.
Dusko Todorovic (13-7) vs. Robert Valentin — Middleweight
Result: Robert Valentin def. Dusko Todorovic via Submission (Guillotine Choke) (Round 1, 4:14)
Valentin caught Todorovic in a guillotine late in the first and squeezed until the tap. A composed finish from a fighter who came in under the radar. Todorovic drops to 13-7.
Vlasto Cepo (14-4) vs. Gilbert Urbina (8-4) — Middleweight
Result: Gilbert Urbina def. Vlasto Cepo via TKO (Punches and Elbows) (Round 1, 1:01)
Urbina was violent from the opening bell. He overwhelmed Cepo with heavy punches and elbows in the first minute and the referee stepped in at 1:01. A stunning performance that earned Urbina a $100,000 Performance of the Night bonus. Urbina moves to 8-4. Cepo drops to 14-4.
Milos Janicic (19-4) vs. Noah Gugnon (10-2) — Lightweight
Result: Noah Gugnon def. Milos Janicic via Submission (Rear Naked Choke) (Round 1, 1:21)
Gugnon went to the mat early and it was over before the crowd could fully process it. He took the back, sunk the rear naked choke, and Janicic had no answer. Tap at 1:21. Gugnon improves to 10-2. Janicic, fighting at home in Serbia, drops to 19-4.
Ludovit Klein (24-6-1) vs. Tofiq Musayev (24-6) — Lightweight
Result: Tofiq Musayev def. Ludovit Klein via TKO (Punches) (Round 2, 4:07)
Musayev was the more composed fighter through the first and found his opening midway through the second. Klein was game but Musayev broke him down and the stoppage came at 4:07 of round two. Musayev improves to 24-6. Klein drops to 24-6-1.
Oban Elliott (12-5) vs. Michael Oliveira (10-0) — Welterweight
Result: Michael Oliveira def. Oban Elliott via KO (Punches) (Round 1, 1:49)
Oliveira stayed unbeaten in emphatic fashion. He walked Elliott into a right hand early in the first, put him down, and the follow-up punches ended it at 1:49. The 10-0 record now speaks for itself. Elliott drops to 12-5.
Borislav Nikolic (17-2) vs. Mark Vologdin (12-5-2) — Bantamweight
Result: Borislav Nikolic def. Mark Vologdin via Decision Unanimous (Round 3, 5:00)
Three clean rounds from Nikolic, who controlled the pace and kept Vologdin from finding his rhythm. All three judges agreed. Nikolic improves to 17-2. Vologdin drops to 12-5-2.
Bogdan Grad (16-4) vs. Dennis Buzukja (12-7) — Featherweight
Result: Bogdan Grad def. Dennis Buzukja via Submission (Arm-Triangle Choke) (Round 2, 4:33)
Grad worked Buzukja to the mat and locked in the arm-triangle in the second round. Buzukja protested the stoppage immediately — replays were ambiguous and Grad himself said he never felt a tap — but the result stood. Controversial finish in a fight Grad was controlling. Grad moves to 16-4. Buzukja drops to 12-7.
Mateusz Rebecki (21-5) vs. Kyle Prepolec (18-11) — Lightweight
Result: Mateusz Rebecki def. Kyle Prepolec via TKO (Ground and Pound) (Round 1, 4:41)
Rebecki walked Prepolec down, got the fight to the mat, and opened up with ground and pound that the referee couldn’t let continue. The finish came at 4:41 of the first. Rebecki moves to 21-5 and picks up a quick, clean statement win. Prepolec drops to 18-11.
Nina Milosevic (9-1) vs. Hailey Cowan (7-5) — Women’s Bantamweight
Result: Nina Milosevic def. Hailey Cowan via TKO (Body Punch) (Round 1, 3:41)
Milosevic was devastating with body shots from the opening bell. Cowan had no answer for the body work — a clean punch to the ribs put her down and the referee waved it off at 3:41 of the first. Another home favourite delivers in Belgrade. Milosevic improves to 9-1. Cowan drops to 7-5.
Jovan Leka (14-2) vs. Alexander Poppeck (21-6-1) — Heavyweight
Result: Jovan Leka def. Alexander Poppeck via TKO (Liver Kick and Punches) (Round 1, 2:22)
The Belgrade crowd erupted. Leka’s UFC debut went exactly the way the home fans dreamed — he dug a liver kick that buckled Poppeck, poured on the follow-up punches, and the referee stepped in at 2:22. Leka is 14-2 and arrived in the UFC with a statement. Poppeck drops to 21-6-1.
Marina Spasic (7-2) vs. Stephanie Luciano (8-2-1) — Women’s Strawweight
Result: Stephanie Luciano def. Marina Spasic via Submission (Rear Naked Choke) (Round 1, 3:30)
Luciano silenced the pro-Serbian crowd immediately. Spasic tried to keep it standing but Luciano got her to the mat, worked her way to the back, and locked in the rear naked choke for the tap at 3:30. A statement win for Luciano in hostile territory. She improves to 8-2-1. Spasic drops to 7-2.
