Denise Gomes

Denise Pacheco Gomes, known as “Dee,” is a Brazilian mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC Strawweight division. Born in Piauí, Brazil, Gomes developed her skills in Brazilian MMA before earning a UFC contract and establishing herself as an athletic, finishing-oriented prospect with a blend of submission grappling and aggressive striking that reflects her Brazilian training background.

Gomes has built her UFC career around a willingness to engage and a genuine finishing instinct across multiple methods. Her submissions and stoppages at lower levels of competition translated into the UFC, where she has continued to pursue finishes against division opponents. As one of the younger fighters working her way through the strawweight rankings, she represents the next generation of Brazilian women’s MMA talent pushing into the UFC’s elite tier.

Physically active and technically improving with each appearance, Gomes embodies the Brazilian fighting tradition of pressure, aggression, and grappling confidence. Her path through the strawweight division is one to watch as she accumulates UFC experience and refines the tools that made her a notable prospect on the South American circuit.
