Poor JP Buys, the guy can not catch a break. About a month ago, we witnessed Marcus McGhee stepping in to fight Journey Newson on three days’ notice. Now, McGhee will take on Buys with an entire training camp.
Three years ago, JP Buys was at the top of the world. Making history as the first husband and wife combination to receive UFC contracts on the 2020 contender series. Since that 2020 victory, everything has spiraled out of control. His former wife (Cheyanne Vlismas) left him for Roman Dolidze. Not to mention Buys is on a three-fight losing streak and on the verge of being cut from the UFC.
With all that said, JP Buys does not stand a chance against Marcus McGhee. Even more, so that McGhee had an entire training camp to prepare.
