The UFC’s relationship with the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) prepares to come to an end in January. Here is a list of the top 10 fighters who have been subject to the most drug tests this year.

The UFC and USADA first made their deal in 2015, giving the sport its first anti-doping program using an independent agency. But In 2024 the that all comes to an end.
As the UFC has partnered with the Drug Free Sport International (DFSI) to collect urine and blood samples from fighters. Drug Free Sport International is used by the NBA, NFL, MLB and the NCAA.
Drug Free Sport International collects the samples and sends them to a World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) for testing. Unlike USADA, which also acted as the adjudicator of discipline in the event of positive tests.
