Main Card
Main Event — Light Heavyweight
Magomed Ankalaev (21-2-1) vs. Bogdan Guskov (18-3-1)
Status: Upcoming — Main Card, Noon ET on Paramount+
Ankalaev is the #1-ranked light heavyweight and has been the most avoided man in the division for years — the draw with Blachowicz is the one asterisk on a resume that has otherwise run through everybody they’ve put in front of him. He’s heavy-handed, hard to finish, and the wrestling is always there when he needs it. Guskov is #9 and arrives here on a finishing streak — he’s the first man in front of Ankalaev who genuinely has a puncher’s chance. The gap in experience at this level is real. But Guskov doesn’t need much to make it matter.
Co-Main Event — Flyweight
Steve Erceg (14-4) vs. Ramazan Temirov (19-3)
Status: Upcoming — Main Card, Noon ET on Paramount+
Erceg is #10 at flyweight and has been through the fire — a title shot, a few setbacks, and still ranked and relevant. He’s a precise counter-striker who makes technical fights look clinical. Temirov is the Uzbek contender with 19 wins who’s been knocking on the door of ranked competition. Getting in with Erceg on a main card in Abu Dhabi is the test. He’s got the experience to make it uncomfortable if the pace suits him.
Welterweight
Islam Dulatov (12-1) vs. Wellington Turman (18-8) — Welterweight
Result: Cancelled — Islam Dulatov withdrew due to illness
Dulatov was hospitalized overnight with an infection and spent several hours receiving treatment before the UFC and his team jointly decided to pull him from the card. Turman, returning from more than two years out of competition, was left without an opponent hours before the event. The fight is expected to be rescheduled.
Lightweight
Magomed Zaynukov (8-0) vs. Damian Rzepecki (10-0)
Status: Upcoming — Main Card, Noon ET on Paramount+
Two undefeated lightweights, one loss goes on the board tonight. Zaynukov is the Russian prospect with eight finishes — he hasn’t been through a single decision yet. Rzepecki is the Polish fighter with ten wins and the same problem: nobody has tested him against the wall. Main card exposure in Abu Dhabi is a big step for both of them. Someone’s 0 doesn’t survive the night.
Heavyweight
Rizvan Kuniev (13-3-1) vs. Tyrell Fortune (18-3)
Status: Upcoming — Main Card, Noon ET on Paramount+
Ranked vs. ranked at heavyweight — Kuniev at #8, Fortune at #9. Kuniev is the Dagestani heavyweight with the wrestling base and the durability to grind fights into the late rounds. Fortune brings power and has three losses that came against legitimate top-tier competition. This is a fight that moves someone up the heavyweight ladder. Both have enough to win. Whoever has the sharper corner and the better gas tank in round two probably gets it.
Welterweight
Abubakar Vagaev (24-4) vs. Saygid Izagakhmaev
Status: Upcoming — Main Card, Noon ET on Paramount+
Vagaev is the deeply experienced welterweight with 24 wins and the kind of all-around game that makes him a steady presence on international cards. Izagakhmaev is the BJJ specialist who turns any fight on the mat into a finishing opportunity. Vagaev has seen everything — the question is whether Izagakhmaev can get it to the ground long enough to make it a problem.
Prelims
Valter Walker (15-1) vs. Thomas Petersen (11-4) — Heavyweight
Status: Live — Prelims, Paramount+
Walker is #13 at heavyweight and has been building toward a ranked fight with authority — his only loss was a tough one against someone near the top. Petersen is the American with eleven wins and a durable chin. Walker should be the sharper striker here and has the size to back it up. A convincing win gets him into the ranked conversation at 265.
Dustin Jacoby (22-9-1) vs. Muhammad Said — Light Heavyweight
Status: Live — Prelims, Paramount+
Jacoby has been in the UFC long enough to have seen every kind of fight at 205 — streaks, skids, and everything in between. He’s a rangy striker who finishes fights when the opening is there. Said is the younger man coming up against that experience. Jacoby’s edge is consistency; Said’s edge is that he’s got less to lose.
Santiago Ponzinibbio (30-8) vs. Sam Patterson (14-3-1) — Welterweight
Result: Sam Patterson def. Santiago Ponzinibbio via Decision (Round 3, 5:00)
Patterson earned this one. Ponzinibbio still brings danger every time he’s in there — the power doesn’t go away — but Patterson kept his composure, managed the range, and put together enough clean work over three rounds to take the nod. Ponzinibbio drops to 30-9 with back-to-back setbacks now stacking up. Patterson improves to 15-3-1 and delivers a statement win on an international main card.
Ismael Bonfim (20-6) vs. Axel Sola (11-1-1) — Lightweight
Result: Axel Sola def. Ismael Bonfim via Decision (Round 3, 5:00)
Sola earned the biggest win of his career and did it the hard way — three full rounds against a seasoned lightweight who has finished fights at this level. Bonfim was game the whole way and made Sola work for it, but the Frenchman was sharper when it counted and the judges saw it his way. Sola moves to 12-1-1. Bonfim drops to 20-7 and back-to-back losses puts him at a crossroads.

Magomed Tuchalov (6-0) vs. Brendson Ribeiro (17-10) — Light Heavyweight
Result: Magomed Tuchalov def. Brendson Ribeiro via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) (Round 1, 2:36)
The home crowd got what they came for. Tuchalov went right to work, secured the takedown early, moved to Ribeiro’s back, and locked in the rear-naked choke at 2:36 of round one. Smooth, methodical, and in front of his home crowd in Abu Dhabi. He improves to 7-0 — still undefeated, still finishing. Ribeiro drops to 17-11.
Nurullo Aliev (11-0) vs. Mike Davis (12-3) — Lightweight
Result: Nurullo Aliev def. Mike Davis via TKO (Punches) (Round 1, 4:36)
Aliev kept the undefeated record intact and did it the hard way — a four-and-a-half-minute first round that required him to stay sharp and composed before the finish came. Davis made it a real fight for the opening exchanges, but Aliev found his range and the punches started landing cleanly. The stoppage came at 4:36. Aliev improves to 12-0 and keeps himself in the lightweight conversation. Davis drops to 12-4.
Cody Gibson vs. Abdul Hussein — Bantamweight
Result: Abdul Hussein def. Cody Gibson via TKO (Punches) (Round 1)
Hussein opened the card the right way. He pressed Gibson early, got the finish in the first round, and announced his UFC arrival with a stoppage. Gibson’s KO power going in made this look dangerous on paper, but Hussein solved it fast. A round-one finish in your UFC debut in front of a packed house in Abu Dhabi — that’s a statement.
