UFC Saudi Arabia: Whittaker vs. Aliskerov Betting Guide

Check out the betting guide for UFC Saudi Arabia ahead of Saturday’s fight night, Whittaker vs. Aliskerov. Here you will learn how to place the best bets for this UFC event.

Khamzat Chimaev was set to headline the UFC’s first event in Saudi Arabia against former champion Robert Whittaker. However, Dana White announced that Chimaev has been pulled from the main event of UFC on ABC 6 because he has been “violently ill.”

Instead, middleweight contender Ikram Aliskerov will take on the former middleweight champion Whittaker. Last week, Aliskerov was set to face Antonio Trocoli in the UFC Vegas 93 co-main event.

UFC Vegas 93 Recap: Cashed in big on Tatsuro Taira to win inside the distance at (-140). We only had one active bet since Aliskerov got promoted to the Saudi card. Yet, Bet MMA had nine tracked bets and profited +2.88 units.,

According to the UFC Saudi Arabia odds board, Robert Whittaker is currently the favorite at -140 (bet $140 to win $100). On the opposing side, Ikram Aliskerov is in the underdog spot at +110 (bet $100 to win $110). As a result, the implied probability is a 58.33% win likelihood for Whittaker.

UFC Saudi Arabia Betting Advice

Robert Whittaker (-140) vs. Ikram Aliskerov (+110)

Despite the regiment rumors, word on the street is that Khamzat Chimaev got hospitalized for food poisoning. Therefore, he withdrew from his fight against Robert Whittaker. Nevertheless, Ikram Aliskerov was already on weight and opting to step up. Ironically enough, Aliskerov is 15-1, with his one loss being Chimaev.

Khamzat Chimaev knocked out Ikram Aliskerov in 2019.

Aliskerov’s two wins in the UFC have been over Phil Hawes and Warlley Alves. Two fighters that have been on horrible losing streaks. Whittaker is a significant step up in competition. In addition, the Aliskerov training camp primarily prepared for a grappler. In no world did they simulate Bobby Knuckles.

Whittaker is a true professional who’s fought all the best middleweights in the world. The difference in the strength of competition alone is a strong enough argument to bet on Whittaker. If you need another reason, this is now a five-round fight. Aliskerov’s training camp was in preparation for three rounds.

Aliskerov could gas out in the later rounds. When Whittaker puts the pressure on, it could be lights out. Whittaker by KO/TKO (+215) sounds exquisite.

Bet: Robert Whittaker

Shara Magomedov (-230) vs. Joilton Lutterbach (+195)

Shara Bullet makes his highly anticipated sophomore debut against UFC newcomer Joilton Lutterbach. Magomedov’s original opponent was Ihor Potieria. Based on those context clues it’s obvious the matchmakers are pulling for Shara Bullet to win spectacularly. The UFC has the chance to groom a one of a kind superstar. After all, they are not going to set him up for failure.

At 31 years old, Joilton Lutterbach is 38-10. He’s fought for every promotion under the sun. PFL, Cage Warriors, KSW, CFC, Glory, and even Karate Combat. As of recently, Lutterbach seems like he’s fighting for a paycheck. Since the start of 2023, he’s fought eight times. The only one that is a mixed martial arts fight happened in April of 2023. The other seven have been boxing, kickboxing, and Karate Combat events.

Dana White is laying up Shara Bullet for a highlight.
