Christian Leroy Duncan

Christian Leroy Duncan, known to fans as "CLD," is an English mixed martial artist who competes in the middleweight division of the UFC. Born and raised in Gloucester, England, of Afro-English heritage, Duncan built his athletic foundation on the basketball court, once harboring ambitions of a professional career in the sport, before redirecting that competitiveness into combat sports.

Duncan trains out of Range Martial Arts Academy in Gloucester, the gym that shaped him from his amateur days through his rise as one of the UK's most talked-about middleweight prospects. He built his amateur resume on the international stage, earning a bronze medal at the IMMAF World Championships and a silver medal at the IMMAF European Championships. He turned professional and went on to win the Cage Warriors middleweight title with a highlight-reel flying knee finish, successfully defending the belt before moving on to the sport's biggest stage.
