Ramazan Temirov

Ramazan "Temurlan" Temirov is an Uzbekistani mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC flyweight division. He was born and raised in Karshi, in the Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan, where he began training in hand-to-hand combat and karate as a child.

Temirov built his amateur credentials on the international hand-to-hand fighting circuit, earning continental and world-level amateur titles and the Master of Sports designation in hand-to-hand fighting before turning professional on Uzbekistan's regional MMA scene. He developed under coaches including former UFC featherweight title challenger Zabit Magomedsharipov and UFC middleweight Makhmud Muradov, training out of the Muradov Legion Team in Tashkent with additional camps at Tiger Muay Thai in Thailand and in Makhachkala, Dagestan.

Before signing with the UFC, Temirov compiled a long unbeaten stretch on the Uzbek and Russian regional circuits and fought for Japan's RIZIN Fighting Federation, going undefeated there with a first-round knockout among his wins.

Stylistically, Temirov is a power-punching striker built around a heavy overhand right, thudding leg kicks and body hooks, and occasional spinning kicks thrown down the centerline. He is known for baiting opponents into range with lateral footwork and sharp distance management, absorbing pressure before landing fight-changing shots; the bulk of his career wins have come by knockout or TKO. His takedown defense in open space is a strength, though he has shown more difficulty in cage-wrestling exchanges.

Temirov entered the UFC in October 2024 with a stoppage win over CJ Vergara, following it with a unanimous-decision win over Charles Johnson
