Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul Live Updates, Results & Highlights

Mike Tyson squares off against Jake Paul in an eight-round heavyweight match at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Friday November 15th. The fight, sanctioned by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, will be contested at 2-minute rounds and both fighter will wear 14-ounce gloves instead of the regular 10-ounce gloves for heavyweight fights.

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson go the entire 16 minutes. The fight went as you would have imagined. Tyson looked like a shell of himself. However, he did not go down. Paul kept his distance and used his range to keep Tyson at bay.

Jake Paul went on to defeat Tyson via unanimous decision.

Iron Mike Tyson, the 58-year-old former heavyweight champion once dubbed “The Baddest Man on the Planet,” and YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul, 27, were scheduled to meet on July 20th. However, the fight was postponed after Tyson received medical attention during a flight for an ulcer flareup.

Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs) became the youngest heavyweight champion at age 20 in 1986. One year later, he had unified all three major belts to become undisputed champion. He made six defenses of the three belts.

Paul (10-1, 7 KOs) started his boxing career in 2020 with six consecutive victories. However, he primarily fought older MMA fighters. Paul’s only loss came against Tommy Fury in February 2023.

The latest odds list Paul as the -225 favorite (risk $225 to win $100) While Tyson as a +180 underdog (risk $100 to win $180). A draw is +900 and the over/under for total rounds is 5.5, with the fight to go the distance is +140.
