Former UFC Flyweight champion Brandon Moreno returns to fight No. 3 ranked Amir Albazi, in a five-round main event that should determine the next 125-pound title challenger.

According to the UFC Edmonton odds, Brandon Moreno is a slight favorite at -155 (bet $155 to win $100). Meanwhile, Amir Albazi is in the underdog spot at +130 (bet $100 to win $130). The implied probability is a 60.78% win likelihood for Moreno.
UFC Edmonton is a massive comedown from UFC 308. Still a solid fight night on paper, but we are only breaking down two fights.
Marc-Andre Barriault (-200) vs. Dustin Stoltzfus (+170)
Marc-Andre Barriault is on a two fight losing streak, a fight against Dustin Stoltzfus is exactly what he needs to get back in the win column. Barriault would be a larger favorite if he were not on a losing skid. His two losses came against Joe Pyfer and Chris Curtis.
Stoltzfus is a pretty average middleweight with above average wrestling. Since signing with the UFC in 2020, he has pulled together a record of (2-5).
Barriault is fighting in front of his home country and desperately needs to get a win. Everything about this has the makings of a no-brainer bet.

Mike Malott (-250) vs. Trevin Giles (+210)
Mike Malott is getting fed the opportunity to win over the Canadian fans again. At UFC 297, Malott let us down against Neil Magny. Not to bring up bad memories, but Malott dominated the entire fight until he gassed himself out and lost with 15 seconds left in the third round.
Malott should have all of the confidence fighting against Trevin Giles. In 2022, the two faced off in a Cage Fury grappling match, and Malott won via decision. Plus, Giles is entering this fight after suffering a brutal knockout from Carlos Prates earlier this year. Who knows if Giles is fully recovered.
The UFC seems to be setting these Canadian fighters up for success.
