After a month off, we are back once again. During that time, I hired a company to build out a new Delinquent MMA website and transfer all the content. The process is going to take up to 10 weeks but big things are in store for 2023.
In the meantime, while all that’s going on in the background. We got money to make on UFC fights, let’s dive into Strickland vs. Imavov best bets.
Sean Strickland (-110) vs. Nassourdine Imavov (-110)
Sean Strickland vs. Nassourdine Imavov is a much better main event. Not sure about you, but I wasn’t jumping for joy when they announced a Kelvin Gastelum main event. Regardless, all the respect in the world to Strickland for stepping up with a week’s notice.
When Strickland last fought, I advised betting on Jared Cannonier. Now I’m flipping the script entirely, even though he lost, Strickland showed some significant improvement in his game. Plus his chin held up the entire fight which was my biggest concern.
Sean Strickland is the bet here. Nassourdine Imavov is pretty average amongst the middleweights, he does not pose any special skill sets that’ll catch Strickland off guard. For a pick ’em fight, great value in Strickland.
Bet: Sean Strickland (-110)
Umar Nurmagomedov (-750) vs. Raoni Barcelos (+550)
Umar Nurmagomedov’s odds are ridiculous, but it’s a nice parlay piece to complement Strickland. Zero reason’s why you should look to play this line straight up. The best bet here is to take Nurmagomedov by submission.
Gets more challenging when you try to round bet, Raoni Barcelos is scrappy. Could see Nurmagomedov putting him away in the third round, but if he caught him in the first I wouldn’t be surprised either. It’s a tough call, I’d look to play Nurmagomedov safe and take him by submission and toss him into any parlay.
Bets: Umar Nurmagomedov (-750)
Umar Nurmagomedov by submission (+300)
