Cody Stamann (+220) vs. Taylor Lapilus (-270)

There isn’t much enticing action on this card. The opening line for Stamann vs. Lapilus immediately caught my eye, along with everyone else. On Sunday, June 2nd, Taylor Lapilus was a (-180) favorite. Now, the line has jumped tremendously. The unfortunate part of the betting world. If you subscribe to the Bet MMA account, you will avoid issues like this and get my real-time bets.

Regardless of the line movement, you should bet on Taylor Lapilus. Cory Stamann is in a world of trouble.

Lapilus originally signed to the UFC back in 2014. However, after going 3-1, the UFC decided to part ways, which made absolutely no sense. Imagine releasing someone after they just won a fight.

Outside of the UFC, Lapilus struck gold in three different organizations. He captured the German MMA Championship title, claimed the TKO Major League MMA championship, and took home the Ares Fighting Championship crown. The man wins fights.

Stamann is durable. If you are looking for a prop, consider Lapilus by decision (-150).
