Manon Fiorot

Manon Caroline Fiorot, known to fans as "The Beast," is a French mixed martial artist who competes in the women's flyweight division of the UFC.

Born and raised in Nice, France, Fiorot began training in karate at age seven and eventually earned her black belt, competing internationally for the French national team. An injury redirected her focus toward kickboxing and Muay Thai, and she later transitioned into mixed martial arts. She built her early professional resume by winning the women's flyweight title with EFC (Extreme Fighting Championship) and later capturing the inaugural flyweight championship at UAE Warriors before signing with the UFC. She trains out of the Boxing Squad gym in Nice under longtime coach Aldric Cassata.

Fiorot's combat sports pedigree is extensive: she holds a karate black belt and represented France at international competition, compiled an undefeated amateur record in kickboxing and Muay Thai highlighted by multiple national titles, and later added a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt to her credentials.

A southpaw striker, Fiorot fights behind a patient, technical kickboxing base, mixing sharp punching combinations with hard low kicks and precise, often fight-ending head kicks. Her karate background shows in her distance management and timing, allowing her to counter aggressively while also displaying reliable takedown defense against grappling-oriented opponents.

Fiorot opened her UFC tenure with a highlight-reel TKO of Victoria Leonardo, then added wins over Mayra Bueno Silva and Jennifer Maia. She went on to defeat Katlyn Chookagian, former strawweight champion Rose Namajunas, and Erin Blanchfield by unanimous decision, with the Blanchfield win earning her a flyweight title opportunity against Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 315. She later added a first-round finish of Jasmine Jasudavicius
