Charles Jourdain

Charles "Air" Jourdain is a Canadian mixed martial artist who has competed in the featherweight and bantamweight divisions of the UFC. Born and raised in Beloeil, Quebec, a suburb of Montreal, Jourdain turned professional in 2016 after a standout amateur run. Before signing with the UFC, he rose through the Canadian regional scene on the TKO Major League MMA circuit, where he captured the promotion's featherweight championship and later added an interim lightweight title, credentials that established him as one of Quebec's top prospects.

Jourdain trains out of Brazilian Top Team Canada in Montreal, where he holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Fábio Holanda. That grappling foundation complements a striking arsenal defined by unpredictability, including flying knees, spinning attacks and improvisational combinations that have made him one of the sport's most entertaining performers. Rather than sticking to a rigid game plan, he fights off instinct and creativity, a willingness to take risks that has produced highlight-reel finishes and won him fans even in bouts he didn't win.

His breakout moment came in his UFC debut win, a highlight-reel knockout of South Korean striker Doo Ho Choi at UFC Fight Night 165 in Busan, South Korea, a back-and-forth slugfest that earned both men Fight of the Night honors. He later added another signature highlight with a slick guillotine choke submission of Ricardo Ramos
